RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Despite our commitment and our passion in producing helmets that meet the needs of users in all the price ranges, we offer, if you are not satisfied, the return of what you have purchased: within fourteen days from the date of receipt we will refund you, in addition to 14 days we evaluate reports referring to production defects.

 

LAS (Waves Italia Srl) will refund you what you paid, following the simplified conditions that you can find here (for the complete conditions, press here).

In order to make the reimburse as fast as possible, follow next procedures:

>>> A – withdrawal return

1/ check that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt

2/ write us an email at shop@lashelmets.com, where you need to clearly indicate in the following order:

  • Your name and surname
  • Order number
  • Date of receipt of the products
  • Indication that is a return due to withdrawal
  • The following wording “The undersigned intends to cancel the sales contract for the following products:”
  • The name of the model, the code, the colour, the size and the quantity of each product.

Alternatively, you can download, fill up, sign, scan the form that you can download here, and send it by email at shop@lashelmets.com

3/wait for our answer with the authorization of the return (RMA). In the meantime prepare the box for the shipping:

  • check that the product is not damaged, that the original packaging is intact, that all accessories are present and that the booklets are anchored to the product, as in the original
  • use a protective box in which you insert the box; do not apply adhesive elements on the box (transport damage is your responsibility)
  • as soon as you receive the return authorization, print it and insert it in the package.
  • close the box tightly so that nothing comes out

4/ send the package to: WAVES ITALIA, VIA CRESPI 24, 24020, PRADALUNGA, BG, ITALY.

5/ check your email or your balance: we could text you for anomalies or we will directly credit the amount. Everything will be done within 14 working days since when we will receive the withdrawal at our company.

>>> B – return for defect

1/ write us an email at shop@lashelmets.com, where you need to clearly indicate in the following order:

  • Your name and surname
  • Order number
  • Date of receipt of the products
  • The indication that the request is due to a production defect.
  • The name of the model, the code, the colour, the size, the quantity and the defect fournd of each product
  • Attach and image or a video that will make us understand the defect. For the helmets it would be better if you could indicate as well the Serial number that you can find inside the helmet.
  • Attach the receipt of your purchase.

Alternatively, you can download, fill up, sign, scan the form that you can download here, and send it by email at shop@lashelmets.com, don’t forget to attach anyway the photos or video and the receipt of your purchase.

4/ check your email: we will text you the qualitative analysis report and how to solve the problem. All this within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the return here in the company

General conditions 

LAS does not assure the time limits described above as banks may require several days for credit. Furthermore, during holidays there may be delays also for internal management.

LAS does not reimburse any transport costs. LAS will only be responsible for the return to the consumer in the event of a defective product repaired or replaced under warranty.

LAS is in no way responsible for damage or theft or loss caused by couriers during transport.
